A NEURO SPICY FOOD TRAILER:
WHERE FLAVOR MEETS INCLUSION
I dream of starting a food trailer where I can cook, work, and connect with people in my own way.
Food is how I express myself and share who I am. This trailer will be a place where people who think differently — like me — can feel welcome, supported, and included.
I am working hard to make this dream real. I’m currently meeting with SCORE, a national nonprofit that provides free mentoring for small businesses. With their guidance, I’m learning how to plan my business the right way — from budgeting and marketing to startup steps and long-term goals.
Together with my family, I’m putting together a detailed budget and studying everything involved in running a food trailer, including permits, licenses, inspections, and logistics. I’m also reaching out to local food truck owners and associations to learn from their experience and build real community connections.
We have already received a quote from East Coast Concessions for the trailer we hope to purchase.
Your donation will directly help me take the next steps: building the trailer, learning the skills I need, and creating a space where community and belonging are always on the menu.
Thank you for supporting my journey!
